Do I need to have done personal development before joining your program?

Not at all! The program is designed to be open to everyone, whether you’re just starting out or already on your path. It’s a gentle and gradual space for exploration, with no pressure and no complicated terms.

What exactly is your approach?

My approach combines professional counselling, intuitive listening, emotional exploration, and support at your own pace. I help you put words to what you’re feeling, understand your patterns, and reconnect with your own inner guidance. It’s a process that is gentle, deep, and truly transformative.

Is your guidance spiritual?

Yes, but in a grounded and free way. There is no dogma or “out there” talk. For me, spirituality means coming back to yourself — your feelings, your body, your intuition. I offer tools that bring more clarity, inner peace, and self-love.

Is it for me if I’m very rational?

Yes! My work speaks to both the heart and the mind. It respects your rhythm, your personality, and the way you think. You don’t have to believe in anything to benefit from deep listening and emotional support.

Is everything confidential?

Absolutely. Everything you share stays between us. I follow a strict ethical framework that includes confidentiality, non-judgment, and full respect for your personal journey.

About the Program “The Forgotten Child, the Rediscovered Adult”

What’s included in the program?

The program is structured in 3 main parts:

  1. Understanding your inner child and how it works
  2. Exploring its emotions, needs, and core beliefs
  3. Starting a process of healing and reconnection

You’ll find clear explanations, playful exercises, introspective question, and practical tools you can use at your own pace.

Can I follow the program at my own pace?

Yes… and no — it depends on the option you choose.

  • “By Myself”: You go through the program on your own, at your own pace, based on your energy and schedule. There’s no pressure, no deadlines.
  • “Boost & Guidance”: You still move at your own rhythm, but you also get two one-on-one sessions to use within 2 months. This adds a light structure to support your progress.
  • “Flow & Grow Together”: This option offers weekly guidance over 6 weeks, with calls, private sessions online, and WhatsApp follow-up. The rhythm is more structured to help you dive deeper into your transformation.

In all cases, the goal is never pressure — only the right level of support to help you move forward from where you are.

How do I know which option is right for me?

Here’s a quick guide to help you choose:

  • You’re quite independent, you like learning at your own pace, and exploring on your own? → “By Myself” is perfect for you.
  • You want freedom, but also some human support to help you see more clearly? → Go for “Boost & Guidance”.
  • You feel the need for a clear structure, regular connection, and deep support to create lasting change? → “Flow & Grow Together” is your best fit.

Is it suitable for everyone?

Yes, the program is for anyone looking for meaning, clarity, or a deeper sense of well-being. It’s neutral, kind, and open to all — no previous experience needed.

About the indivudual Sessions

 What happens during a one-on-one session?

Each session is a space for deep listening, recentring, exploration, and emotional release.
We start from what you're experiencing right now, and together we explore what’s alive in you — what moves you, or maybe what’s holding you back.
I use intuitive and practical tools to support your process. It’s a safe, caring, and non-judgmental space.

What’s the difference between the 1h, 3h, and 6h packs?

  • 1-hour pack: Ideal for a first session, or for one-time support
  • 3-hour pack: Perfect to explore a specific theme over a few sessions (valid for 4 months)
  • 6-hour pack: A deeper journey, with time to go further into your inner work (valid for 6 months)

You’re free to schedule your hours how and when it feels right for you.

Are the sessions online or in person?

Both are possible!
I offer online sessions so I can support you wherever you are in the world.
And if you’re in Perth (Australia) or passing through, in-person sessions are also available.
You can choose what suits you best.

About Access Consciousness®

Do I need to talk during the session?

Not at all. At the beginning, there’s a short moment to talk if you want to share what you’re going through.
But during the session itself, you don’t need to do anything. You can talk if you feel like it, or just stay in your own space, relax, or even fall asleep.
Everything is welcome.

Do we work on a specific issue?

Not necessarily. You can come with an intention (for example: calming anxiety, finding motivation again, gaining clarity),
or simply because something feels “stuck” and you don’t know why.
The energy will go where it needs to — even if you’re not fully aware of it.

Is it like therapy?

No. It’s an energetic approach, not a talking or analytical therapy.
It’s not about understanding, digging into your past, or explaining things.
It’s a space to let go, where your body can release emotional, mental, or energetic blocks — without needing your mind to be involved.

What if I fall asleep during the session?

That’s totally fine. Many people fall asleep (or drift into a state between sleep and wakefulness).
Your body still receives everything, even while you’re sleeping.
In fact, it can sometimes go even deeper that way.

How many sessions do I need?

Even one session can bring relief or open something up.
Some people choose to come regularly to support their mental and emotional well-being,
others come occasionally when they feel the need.
You can follow your own rhythm.

Do I need to “believe” in energy for it to work?

Not at all. Your body knows.
Even if your mind has doubts, your body receives the information and does what it needs to do.
You can come curious, skeptical, or open — the experience speaks for itself.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay by credit card or via Shopify. Everything is safe and easy.

When will I get access to the program?

As soon as you sign up, you’ll receive instant access by email. You can start right away.

How long do I have access to the program?

You get lifetime access. You can come back to it as many times as you want, whenever you need.

Can I get a refund?

Digital products are non-refundable (as stated in the Terms & Conditions), but if you have an issue, just write to me — we’ll find a solution together.
