🔹 3 phone check-ins (30 minutes) during weeks 1, 3, and 5 — to support you between sessions
🔹 3 individual 1-hour video sessions during weeks 2, 4, and 6 — to guide you through each stage
🔹 1 final review session (1 hour, video) one month after completing the program — to anchor your progress
🔹 WhatsApp support for 5 weeks (with responses within 24h) — for continuous, caring guidance
